Pastor Frank Noyes is the founding pastor of Gethsemane Non-denomination Church in Pekin, IL. Pastor Noyes is a graduate of Oakland City University, in Oakland City, Indiana.
As a young man, Pastor Noyes was raised on a family farm in Essex, Missouri. After high school, he worked as a "sheet-metal man" on several projects, including the Gemini space shuttle. Upon accepting the call to the ministry, Pastor Noyes pursued a degree in history at Oakland City and took graduate courses at Bob Jones University.
After serving for several years as a pastor in a denomination, Pastor Noyes founded Gethsemane Church in Feb. 1977 out of his desire to bring an independent, Bible-believing church to the Pekin area.
Pastor Noyes and his wife, Judie, have three children and four grandchildren. The pastor and his wife make their home in Pekin.
